EDITING/VOCAL TUNING - $25 per hour

This includes editing, cleanup and tuning of audio. This could be anything, from cleaning up poorly recorded or noisy voiceovers to finely tuning a hook or entire song. Any material to be edited should be in the form of .wav files or a Pro Tools session. 

Studio Recording - Email for Rates

Currently Chris is working out of The Saltmine Studios in Mesa, AZ. There are 5 rooms there with Pro Tools Ultimate, Waves and Auto Tune Pro, along with 24+ channels of Neve and SSL consoles that can accommodate projects and budgets of all kinds. TRACKING - 25 per hour($275 for 12 hour day)

Mobile Recording - Equipped with a mobile recording rig that can travel and record just about anywhere, these recordings offer up to 4 channels simultaneously with studio quality pre amps, microphones and converters. This is ideal for vocal or acoustic tracking in a location of your choice. Additionally, he is available for travel anywhere in the world if the project makes sense. No extra charge for travel in the greater Phoenix area.

Field Recording - With his Zoom H5 and mobile recording rig, Chris is able to capture up to 4 tracks simultaneously with studio quality pre amps, mics and converters. This is ideal for outdoor recordings, interviews, capturing foley in any setting, collecting room tones and just about anything else you can think of. 

MIXING

Mixing - $250 per song(fully tracked out stems)/$175 per song(when using a stereo instrumental)

Mixing is a tricky thing, it can often make or break a song. Chris’ goal is to always do a mix that takes your song to the next level. He works primarily in Pro Tools, so to start, he needs either a Pro Tools session (.ptf or .ptx) or stems consisting of 24 or 32 bit .wav files with the same starting point. The mix includes 2 revisions as well as .wav's of the clean, dirty, acapella and instrumental versions of each song. Editing, tuning or arrangement should all be done before a song is ready to mix. 

Live Mixing/Recording - Rates vary depending on needs

Just like a live show is always different, the mixing or recording of it can vary quite a bit. Let him know what your needs are and he will do everything he can to accommodate and make sure your show goes off without a hitch. 

 MASTERING - $75 per song

If you've already done all the hard work of recording and mixing, shoot Chris your wav or aiff file/s for a final touch up and Master. The best example of one of Chris’ recent mastering jobs, is the self titled December 99th album. It's only available on Tidal for now but should be out everywhere soon!

STUDIO CONSULTATION/TROUBLESHOOTING - $50 per hour

This includes consultation on gear purchases, assistance with discount pricing, gear installation/wiring, hardware or software installation and troubleshooting for all of the above. 

- All work requires a 50% deposit. The balance is due upon project completion.
